About Me

I’m Deepak R, a Bengaluru-based Technical Program Manager with 7+ years of experience across SaaS product delivery, federal and state compliance programs, Agile execution, and business operations. My professional journey has given me the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, compliance, product, and people.

At Anthology Inc., I managed compliance-led programs involving FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CMMC, NIST SP 800-53, and IL-4 frameworks, coordinating closely with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and leadership teams to ensure audit readiness, risk visibility, and timely program execution. Before that, at DeeClip Technologies, I led Agile delivery for a B2B SaaS product, managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, offshore team coordination, stakeholder communication, and product roadmap alignment. I began my career at NXT-Paladin Technologies, where I developed a strong foundation in IT project coordination, documentation, client communication, and full project lifecycle support.

Alongside my technology career, I founded Astar Orbit, a full-service interior design studio where I own business development, client management, vendor negotiation, design delivery, regulatory coordination, and end-to-end operations. This entrepreneurial experience has strengthened my ownership mindset, decision-making ability, and understanding of execution from both a business and delivery perspective. I bring a rare combination of technical program management, Agile delivery discipline, compliance knowledge, stakeholder alignment, and founder-level accountability. I enjoy turning ambiguity into structured execution, bringing clarity to complex programs, and helping cross-functional teams move forward with confidence.
